4 x 1.5 hour ante natal sessions to prepare both parents and baby for a soulful birthing experience

12 weeks of diving deep into the depths of your true intimate self and how your connection with intimacy impacts every relationship in your life. Learn tools to heighten your intimate experiences taking your sex life to the next level and also gain an understanding of how this can assist all of your life outside of the bedroom. This is an intensive course not for the lighthearted. It is highly recommended that you complete the Intimate Woman first 

This is akin to having both a doula and spiritual guide lead you through the practical and spiritual ways of pregnancy and birthing. We will cover your dietary needs throughout each trimester, breathwork, yoga, meditations, kundalini philosophy, pre-natal classwork for emotional & spiritual development of your baby, release of ancestral karma, joy of pregnancy & preparation for birthing the kundalini way. This course runs for the full term of your pregnancy and is done in your own time. It is extensive and even covers aspects of lovemaking and male bonding with the baby.
